Ice-T is a well-known American rapper, actor, and television personality. He served in the US Army before beginning his career in entertainment. Ice-T enlisted in the Army in 1979 and served for four years as a Ranger in the 25th Infantry Division. During his time in the military, Ice-T was involved in Operation Urgent Fury in Grenada and Operation Just Cause in Panama. He was also responsible for training other soldiers in the use of high-tech weaponry. After leaving the military, Ice-T moved to Los Angeles and began rapping, eventually achieving significant success in the music industry. Despite his success in entertainment, Ice-T maintains a strong connection with the military and has been involved in numerous initiatives to support veterans and their families.
